Radoslav Tóth is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava (2002 Mgr., 2005 JUDr.). He later deepened his expertise by studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where in 2007 he obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree in competition, European, and banking law. He has been working as a lawyer since 2007 and focuses mainly on private equity investments, M&A, competition law, and anti-money laundering.

From 2012 to 2016, he was vice-chair of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, where he promoted progressive changes in competition law and an increase in the intensity of detecting cartel agreements in the conditions of the Slovak Republic.

At present, in addition to his active work in his law firm, RADOSLAV TOTH | law firm, s.r.o., he also teaches competition law at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. He is a member of the supervisory board of the online medical platform Diagnose.me and works in FinTech in NKB Group.

In his work, he pays attention to the simplicity and effectiveness of legal solutions, so they are clear and transparent to everyone. In addition to Slovak, he is fluent in English, and understands Russian.

Radka Divékyová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava (2014 Mgr., 2015 JUDr.)

During her university studies, she participated in a study stay in Spain at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela as part of the international ERASMUS programme. She gained work experience as a legal assistant in a law firm in

Bratislava with a wide range of legal work, where she later worked as a lawyer trainee.
She has been working at the law firm RADOSLAV TOTH | law firm, s. r. o. since 2018 as a legal associate and since May 2021 she has been working as an attorney-at-law. In her practice she deals with complex corporeal agenda. In addition to Slovak, she speaks English and Spanish.

Martina Forintova is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava.

During her university studies at the law faculty she gained practical experience as a legal assistant in a law firm in Bratislava. She has been working at RADOSLAV TOTH │law firm, s.r.o. since 2018, and since 2021 she has been working as a lawyer trainee.

As part of her legal practice, she participates in the resolution of the legal agenda in the field of civil law, commercial law and litigation.

Mária Patakyová (also referred to as Mária T. Patakyová in publications) is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava, where she also obtained her habilitation (2022) and works as an associate professor at the Institute of European Law. She has also completed study and research stays abroad (e.g., Tilburg Law School, Netherlands) and has taught at foreign universities (e.g., Université de Strasbourg, France). Her research focuses primarily on EU law, in particular competition law, the internal market, consumer law, the EU judicial system, the application of EU law, and the protection of human rights. She is the lead author of a commentary on the Act on the Protection of Competition (Bratislava: Wolters Kluwer, 2022) and co-author of a comprehensive commentary on the Commercial Code (Bratislava: C.H.Beck, 2022). She regularly publishes in indexed foreign journals and speaks at domestic and international conferences. She is a member of the international association ASCOLA.

In addition to her work in the academic and scientific sphere, she also has many years of practical experience, including working at the Slovak Antimonopoly Office and in advocacy as a specialized legal advisor.

She has been working at the RADOSLAV TOTH | law firm, s. r. o. since 2025 as of counsel, where she participates in resolving issues related to competition law. In addition to Slovak, she speaks English and French.

Lenka Lukáčová is a student at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava.
As a legal assistant at our law firm, she is responsible for administration and at the same time gains new practical experience and theoretical knowledge in various fields of law.
